Privacy panels at the rear of the Unit between Units are permitted at unit owners cost and responsibility and with BOM approval. See the CSV website for the Architectural Change Request form. Unit owners are responsible to meet building compliance with the Town of Lancaster building department.

(2) 6 foot long sections (total of 12 feet in length) and no taller than 6 feet may be installed between Units with approval by the BOM.

Installed on one or both sides of property by a licensed and insured contractor.
