• No Patio may exceed 12 feet in depth from the back of the unit due to the area grade changes between 12 to 15 feet from the unit to the lot line.
• A/C units must be placed in a specific place per style of home -please call the Management office for the designated location.
• Privacy Fencing is allowed. You must apply with a separate architectural change request.  Please see information on Privacy Fences.
• Vinyl, maintenance free hand rails are the only permitted railings for the rear steps to the patio.

 

All exterior changes to the unit require a completed architectural change form and written approval prior to the start of the work. An inspection of the completed work will be done to ensure compliance. Any non-compliant issues to be corrected will be the responsibility of the unit owner and at the cost of the unit owner. Unit owners are responsible to meet building compliance with the Town of Lancaster building department.
