Unit owners are responsible for the maintenance of their front doors. This includes painting of the doors. A Unit Owner may paint their front doors in a color of their choice with approval of the BOM and must submit an Architectural Change Request.

In order to make this process more convenient and efficient for all parties involved, a Unit Owner may bypass the architectural review process if the Unit Owner uses one of the following preapproved colors.
