Front entrance sign at Hanover & Pleasantview has been replaced and is now illuminated during the evening.
We have initiated a 2 year rotational plan for common area mulching
We have initiated a 2 year rotational plan for common area mulching. This year the front entrance landscaping bed and pool area has been mulched. Next year we will be mulching the common utility beds.
Denton Drive roadway and unit driveways were resealed
Denton Drive roadway and unit driveways were resealed, front trim was painted and house numbers were relocated to above unit garage doors. Units on Brocton are scheduled for next year – 2025.
Drain and Sewer vent pipes
Drain and Sewer vent pipes throughout the community have been cut down to grade level. They are no longer a hazard for lawn cutting.
22 – 36 and 58-64 Hanover roofs were replaced with new architectural roof shingles. We are looking to replace roofs on 2 additional units on Hanover St in 2025.
Harassment within the CSV community
Harassment of any type/form is not tolerated in our community. Owners, residents, and guests are not permitted to harass fellow residents , guests or contractors. Repeated instances of harassment of our contractors can result in placement of a Do Not Service list and loss of services. See the updated Supplemental Rules & Regulations.
