Landscaping & Snow Removal
Pro Cuts remains our landscaper for 2025. We are in year 2 of a 2-year contract with them. Stonish will no longer be our snow removal contractor. After obtaining bids
The pool officially opened May 18, 2025 and is scheduled to close September 17, 2025.
The Board is trying out a new feature in response to interest in using the pool for water exercise. For the 2025 season, we are reserving a daily time slot
Roof Replacements
We are continuing to update the Hanover Street roofs with architectural shingles (replacing the 3-tab shingles). 22-36 and 58-64 Hanover roofs were replaced in 2024. 2-8 and 37-47 Hanover are
Rotational Plan for Common Area Mulching
Under this plan, common area front utility beds are scheduled for mulching in 2025. This does not include individual Unit front garden beds or trees.
Brocton Street is scheduled for roadway and unit driveway resealing, front trim painting and gutter inspection and cleaning for 2025.
Work should be started early this Summer.
CSV Annual Meeting will be held June 10, 2025 at the Main Transit Fire Hall at 7pm.
