Central Square Villas
A Homeowners Associated Community.

People chose to live in an HOA community for many reasons. Some people purchase for location, some to downsize, some for services like lawn cutting and snow removal completed by someone else, some purchase for tax relief. There are several different reasons people have purchased here and one common denominator is each unit owner has a personal stake in their community.

At Central Square Villas, each homeowner owns a piece of this community from the mailboxes to the water system, the pool, roadways and driveways, the streetlights, landscaping and so much more.

Central Square Villas is governed by a volunteer Board of Managers who meet at least monthly and hold open meetings for the community to attend.

There is much in Central Square Villas to be proud of. It’s a great community with good neighbors, pleasing aesthetics, increasing property values, and low taxes. Our HOA fees are reasonable and we take care to ensure our money is properly spent. Our community is a caring and supportive and we look forward to everyone’s participation and involvement to ensure its continued success.

Community Updates – March 2024

Exciting news for this upcoming year… We will be doing complete tear off roofs for 2 additional buildings in the spring 22-36 and 58-64 Hanover

Denton will have their roads and driveways blacktopped and painting of the outside trim on the units on Denton will also be done

Aerial roofing came back and did roof repairs on 40-48 Hanover .

We have completed several roof repairs That Owners have called us on… Thank You To Brian Hohmann (our Contracted roofer) for his always quick response time

Pool season is coming…. Jerry Izydorczak will be looking for volunteers for pool testing and getting the pool furniture cleaned and put up. Please call him at 681-3091

HOA and Assessment Dues

Greetings and Happy New Year!
Quick update, as of 1/1 2024 the amount of the CSV HOA dues are $302.00.
As of 1/1/2024 there is a special assessment in the amount of $528.81 that will be due in its entirety by 4/30/2024.
